It quite surprised me to know that Steve Jobs is now stepping down as the CEO of Apple. He recently issued a press release that says that he has resigned as the CEO of Apple and “if the Board sees fit, as Chairman of the Board, director and Apple employee.” Here is the press release by Steve Jobs, one of the finest innovative entrepreneurs of our times. After Safe Landing of Atlantis Hope for Private Space Shuttles
The space shuttle Atlantis reached to native Earth through the clear moonlit sky 0n Thursday night after completing a 13 day cargo-run to the international space-station. This landing of Atlantis ended the 30 year odyssey of this great NASA space shuttle. Atlantis was the fourth and the second- last Space-Shuttle that was produced by the Rockwell International Company in Southern California. In April 1985, Atlantis was delivered to eastern Florida based John F. Kennedy Space Center. This was the unique spacecraft that couldn’t draw power from the International Space Station and it used to draw continuous power from its own fuel cells. Now when the Atlantis is back on earth and it has been announced that it will never fly towards the space again, a lot have been left for speculations. NASA is planning to build new spaceships that can travel beyond the 250 mile orbit of the International Space Station and that may be used to send astronauts to the moon, asteroids and other probable destinations in deep space.
